Monitor NWCA in CCMS

Is there a whitepaper or other information to monitor the NWCA from Itemfield in CCMS. I have had a couple of times that the problem occured in NWCA and that it didn't send messages to XI. Someone has a solution to send an alert via CCMS if that problem occurs?
