Print issue

Hi Users,

I have 2 Zreports, i find there is no print parameters in both the programs.

But i find some background jobs for these reports.

this job is resulting in the printing of the report output daily in the morning.

Suppose that we have 2 users X and Y.

Now the print is going to a printer which is used by X.

But now the printing on X machine should be stopped, and should print on Y 's printer daily.

can any one help or guide me how to solve thsi issue.

Best regards..

The print parameters are defined in the job, not the report.

So, go to SM37 and find the job that has yet to run (job status 'scheduled'), select it and choose Job -> Change. From here choose 'Step', select each job step and choose 'change'. In the pop-up there is a button for 'Print specifications' and here you can change the destination printer for the report. Repeat for every step in the job then save.

    Regards,

    Nick

    Hi,

While creating the backgroun job you can mention the Print paramters and the printer,

    or

in the Spool, you can mention the print options

    Regards
