Improper reports in automated scheduling

Hi,

Let me first explain the scenario with dummy details:

My reports has applications named A,B,C,D and E. A publication is scheduled on this report to run daily and generate each report for each application. When the automatic scheduling is done everyday, I see all the reports having all applications data i.e. Report A has data for A,B,C,D and E likewise, report B has data for A,B,C,D and E.

When I manually schedule it saying 'Run now', I get each report with its own data: i.e. Report A has data only for application A, which is the way it has to be.

My publication uses FTP and stores the files in a shared folder.

Can anyone help me resolve this. Thank you in advance.
