Cannot change the email address in SAP Account Settings

Dear friends,

Please let me know how do I change the primary email (it is disabled for change) on my profile (https://people.sap.com/manage#).

    You have a S* user, which means that the settings can be changed from https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/user/profile (SAP One Support Launchpad).

    If you are unable to edit your settings from there, you may need to contact the person within your company, who handles these tasks.
