Failure at crearing Guide Automatic Agent Determination in Process Routes(Z_GET_CORRECT_PERSONS)

I was trying to use <Automatic Agent Determination via BRFplus Rule> base on the

NOTE : 2096353 - Example Implementation: Guide Document for Automatic Agent Determination in Process Route

But in the document

there is a customized function module.

So does anyone meet this and have any solve suggestions ?
