Crystal Server 2016 and Oracle integration

I am having problems running Crystal Report templates that use Oracle as the data source.

I have installed Crystal Server 2016 on Redhat 7.3 and everything seems to install and run ok.

I have downloaded and installed the Oracle instant clients, both 32 bit (oracle-instantclient12.2-*.i386.rpm) & 64 bit (oracle-instantclient12.2-*.x86_64.rpm) and have created a tnsnames.ora file in both (/usr/lib/oracle/12.2/client/network/admin/tnsnames.ora & /usr/lib/oracle/12.2/client64/network/admin/tnsnames.ora) with a SID of OFS.

I have added a crystal report template and updated its database configuration to set the password (Server field matches the SID).

Now when I schedule the report I get the error "Error in File ~tmp4526979f6dd0aa0.rpt: Failed to load database information."

I cant find any documentation regarding Oracle integration on Unix, I did find some info in the Admin guide for another BOE version indicating i needed to setup 32 bit versions of variables as follows

export ORACLE_HOME=/usr/lib/oracle/12.2/client64
export TNS_ADMIN=$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin
export ORACLE_HOME32=/usr/lib/oracle/12.2/client
export TNS_ADMIN32=$ORACLE_HOME32/network/admin
export LIBPATH32=$ORACLE_HOME32/lib

I set these in the crystal users profile but it still fails

Any help on regarding Oracle integration would be very helpfull
