where can i find the ISimpleValueSerivces.jar

when build the test project there is a error showed like this:

Error:The project was not built since its classpath is incomplete. Cannot find the class file for com.sap.typeservices.ISimpleValueServices. Fix the classpath then try rebuilding this project. TutWD_UploadDownloadInteractiveForm

I didn't find ISimpleValueSerivces.jar in my local plug-ins directory while just found the ISimpleValueSerivces.html in the server side.

anyone tell me will can i get the ISimpleValueSerivces.jar
