Hi Experts
We are using SAP mobile services for email execution and received soft bounces during campaign execution for certain email server (e.g; MS Outlook). Even test emails are not reached successfully for this particular email server.
Email addresses are correct and email server is reachable.
I have gone through below blog but not explailned how to handle soft bounce errors:

Any inputs on how to handle the soft bounce issues ?

this program CUAN_MKT_EXEC_MS_NOTIF_STATUS should give you more information about the SMTP codes which are mapped with certain descriptions.
With the 'ID' from this program, SAP Mobile Service will be abble to identify exactly what it happened.
Normally, in the next release, we will see this information in the field IA_REASON in Table of interactions (CUAND_CE_IA_RT)
