MRSS Issue

Dear Guru,

We got data in Appointment booking while allocating appointment booking proposed time.

System could not Propose Times for Task2.

Please let me where is issue.

Hi Ashok,

It can caused by that resources under the org.unit were not transferred from HR to MRSS. Since there's no resource from the given org.unit transferred, thus there's no free capacityfor the planning.

You can run report /mrss/hcm_rptwfmif for the given org. unit as it is described in the DBM-MRSS Configuration guide.

Please consider, MRS Pot also has to be created using transaction /N/MRSS/POT_CREATE. You have to create pots of the given org.unit for all time intervals which you have defined in the system.

Hello Dalma,

I run report /mrss/hcm_rptwfmif and /n/mrss/pot_create its creating pot with potential zeros. Where its missing in configuration. I attached screen shot of /n/mrss/pot_mnt.capture-mrss-zeros.png
