Hi Team,

Is there any way restrict the agents to assign tickets to other organization unit or agents belong to other team. I tried use access context restriction but could not succeed. Is there any way to create custom access context for standard objects and make this available in business role access restrictions. I feel available access context restrictions not enough in complex access restrictions.
