Report for all materials like ckm3

Dear experts,

I hope you are well,

I am building up a report just like ckm3 in excel for all company materials, in which the data source is financial transaction (FS10N). However, the issue is that I am not able segregate between stock transfer price difference and price difference coming from other materials.

Can you support me on that? also is there any transtaction in SAP that can give price difference breakdown?
