SP12 and BIApplicationFrame

Hi I just upgraded my Netweaver 2004s Developer Studio to SP12. Ever since then a web template that should appear in in a BIApplicationFrame gets caught in an eternal reload. The turning loading dial begins, then everything goes blank and then it begins again... ad infinitum,

However on my associate's Developer Studio that is on SP10 the template appears correctly in the BIApplicationFrame.

In the next few days the BW Server will also upgrade to SP12. Will that resolve, or should I be panicking?
