Account Determination for 221 with special stock

Dear All,

I am posting a goods issue document with movement type 221. when I enter GL account 123456 and save the document, system automatically post the document on GL 500000 (got to know this when displayed the saved document). however when I post the same document with special stock indicator 'Q' and enter GL number 123456 system save the document as entered and does not automatically post it to 500000. This is happening because 500000 is pre-configured for movement type 221 this is obvious but My question is, how does the system determine GL account for movement type 221 'with special stock indicator'. and why does it not post it automatically to 500000 in special stock indicator case when 500000 is configured for both, for clarification please see screen shots.
