Very strange data issue

I have this problem. I wrote a CR that reads a table on the sql server. This is populated via a manual process. I run a report in the Billing system to excel then import to the sql server. If I want to update it, I delete the old one on the sql server and import the new one with same name.

The CR, is still running the old data (i do a monthly). Even though I have logged off the server many times.

And Also I then brought in the new report to the CR and it said it already exists it makes an Appendage _1. And in the new table there you see the updated data but the old one is still showing the old data that no longer even exists on the server. Can you please tell me what I am not doing?

Even if I delete the actual table, on the sql server, it is still displaying in the crystal report.

yes i have done that. there must be something I am not clearing. Normally I would just redo the report but the issue is it's feeding into an Access report and the locations have to be exact.

Have you tried verifying the report when table changes, on main menu select

database->verify database
