HSN Adding and Updating Issue

Hi,

While create new or Update excising HSN code I am getting following error.

" Cannot update; object is being used by others , '87.03.3399' [Message 81999-1] "

Can anyone help.

I have raised question to SAP form S-user ID. They have provided the solution.

Some Item in master have -1 Chapter Id. Just update with with 0. Problem solved.

Hi Vivin,

If you have assigned that chapter_Id (HSN) to any Item Master Data then you can't change it's Chapter,Heading & Sub Heading Field.You can change only Description field.
