Static profile parameter reset in multi server environment

Hi All

I have to reset the profile parameter "login/min_password_digits" in order to re-configure STMS and we have six applications servers in prod. Since this is not a static parameter I will have to restart SAP.

I would like to find out if this parameter needs to be reset, in every app server (and hence the restart of server) as against resetting this in just the central Instance, for re-configuring STMS.
