SAP SRM PO not generating email in ECC

Dear Gurus,

In our co. when an PO is created from SRM system, the email is generated from the ECC to the requestor from the Shopping cart. This was working fine for the past few years. However, since last one week, we have noticed that the PO's are not being transmitted to the requestors(Internal users). I checked SOST in our ECC and see that no Purchase orders appear there that were transmitted to the requestors. But I am able to see the previous records from the last week.

Can anyone please suggest, what could have gone wrong and how this issue can be resolved.
