Exchange rates worklists

I have now gone through the process of creating worklists for entering exchange rates via TCURMNT anda assigning the required exchange rates, and then applying the relevant worklist to the required user. The benefit of this compared to OB08 is that you can apply worklists to indivudal users so they can only enter specifc rates.

My question is when you set up the worklist, you specify weekly for example, and there is then a buttom which says 'set worklist to complete'. If I select this, does it then mean it will highlight a new entery being required in a weeks time?

It is an indicator for the user only that weekly entry is not complete. If exchnage rates are not maintained on weely basis, system would consider last rate updated.

Thnaks for that. How does the user then know next weeks is due, does it just pop another entry in the worklist which is on a red traffic light instead of green, or does the current one turn back to red after a week?
