Hi Anushya,
The Task on your ERP system must have a body defined in order to have something displayed on My Inbox besides the subject.
In addition to it, you could display additional information based on the object in question using transaction SWL1. You open this transaction, enter the Task ID and '*' for every user, it will enable you to add fields from the object assigned to this particular task:
Expression: &_WI_OBJECT_ID.DOC_NUM
Title: Document n#
After you maintain this info for the Task, run the report RSWD_MAINTAIN_USER_ATTR. It will ask you for the WF scenario filter name. Enter WF_INBOX_DC and click run(F8). Then click on the "import" button. Once all customizing is active for the task, it will display these additional attributes after the task body message in a tabular format. You may customize this view using Web IDE's extension points afterwards, but I find it too much work to a simple decision task.

Ivan

Hello Anushya,
Is this solved? Could you please share your findings? I have the same issue. Can someone suggest on this also?

Did you check the console of the browser? Is its due to some error, then it will be available in the browser console.
Check it as it will be helpful. Share the error, if you need more info.
