after UD in QA 11, STOCK IS NOT TRANSFERED TO UNRESTRICTED

dear FRIENDS,

during UD in QA11, my user faced a great problem that is "UD is posted

but inspection lot status in QA13 showing " UD ICCO SPST"

for some others lots status in QA 13 : "UD ICCO SPRQ STUP "

UD stands for ud already made

ICCO stands for inspection close completed

SPST stands for stock posting started

SPRQ stands for stock posting required

STUP stands for statistic updated

but major problem is " stock is not transfered from quality to unrestricted" .

when trying thru QA 12 or to reset the lot ,system is not allowing

in inventory i have tried by mvt 321 , 102 and 122 to escape from this , but

sysyem message is comming as qm is active, so it's not possible

When trying thru UD reversal, it is not done with error quantity transfer not done:

LOT is generated automatically IN GR postings, inspection types 01 in MMR

please give me a solution.....how i will transfer stock quantity in quality to un restricted type...
