Failed to obtain Single sign on ticket for connection"*connection name*". in design studio

Hi Everyone,

I am not able to connect to BW system through an SSO OLAP connection on design studio.

when i try to add a data source in design studio through sso connection it throws below error:

Failed to obtain Single sign on ticket for connection"*connection name*".

Please check server side SSO configuration for user"*user name*"

>SSO is configured on our BI system.

>Security token service has also been added in APS.

Can anyone suggest what could be the issue in this case.
