Book publication wizard in BPC 10.0 MS

Unable to see the Book Publication templates while running the book publication wizard in BPC 10.0 MS, EPM 10.0 SP 28.

Getting the following error

"An error has occurred during the call of the web service to retrieve the list of templates"
