We have below 2 requirements in respect to prospect configuration:
1. We need to send an email to lets say 'Account team member ' party function once a specific status for prospect is set. The scenario is this party function should get auto determined once the prospect is created and then mail can be send to the same.
2. The email sent to the user on outlook will have a Hyperlink for Prospect ID which will direct user to C4C Screen. I have put the placeholder for ID, but not sure how to make it as a hyperlink.
