I'm doing a cleanup in my environment and I have to delete some documents using the SOLMAN_UNUSED_DOCUMENTS report.
I found the 2500051, 2384031 and 2325118 notes that makes an update on the SOLMAN_UNUSED_DOCUMENTS report and allows you to delete several documents at once.
However after running the report SOLMAN_UNUSED_DOCUMENTS, I select 02 or more documents to be deleted I get a DUMP (EXPORT_BUFFER_NO_MEMORY).
However after the application of the notes I identified that two more reports were created:
Report 1: SOLMAN_UNUSED_DOC_BATCH_DEL
When I run this report I noticed that a JOB is created when running report SOLMAN_UNUSED_DOCUMENTS it is executed in BACKGROUD, in this way I can delete more than one document.
Report 2: SOLMAN_UNUSED_DOCUMENTS_TRANSP
Using this report the deletion of my documents is included in a request.
Doubts?
Report 1 - I have to run this report only once or every time I log into the environment to run the SOLMAN_UNUSED_DOCUMENTS report.
Report 2 - When using this report and requested a request with 02 object types (Logical Info Object in SAP Solution Architect / Physical Info Object in SAP Solution Architect).
If I am doing the deletion process of the document in my DEV environment, can I transport this request to the PROD and the deletion will be made?
