How to provide password to pdf generated by SAP

Dear Experts,

I have written a program in SAP 4.6C, wherein I am converting a spool into pdf and then mailing it. Now my concern is that, I want to give restriction to pdf i.e. user or owner password then mail it.

How can I achieve this in SAP 4.6C
