How to activate Bar Code Entry?

Hi experts,

I'm trying to insert a Bar Code on the transaction FB02 by "Create/Enter Bar Code". Every time I try this I get a warning message saying that "Bar code entry is not active". (Message no. OA280)

Does anybody know how to activate this? Thank you.

In Customizing you should active bar code so that you can start using it. You can do this in this fields in Customizing view:

Maintain Document Types for Bar Code Entry Financial Accounting Global Settings

Specify Control Paramters for Bar Code Entry Financial Accounting Global Settings

I am facing similar issue. If you have solution than please revert. It is urgent issue
