Missing part of screen for transaction PA40

The part on the screen where you can find the installed actiontypes is for a

colleague not visible in R3 PRD.

The strange part is that his role is a copy from PRD and it's perfectly visible in QAS R3.

Can you help me please where to find the missing link.

try maintaining user group 01 in su3 UGR as 01..

We use for the HR Population the UGR PA in stead of 01 but that is set correctly.

Have you checked, sometime missing it in V_588B_M could be a problem.

Moreover, are you not getting only one action or all the actions?

if u hav used different user groups in user parameters... hav u maintained the same while creating presonnel actions..

in his system, check

IMG>PM>PA>Customising procedures>Actions>Change Action Menu and check in User Group Dependency on Menus and Info Groups and in Action menu. check for inconsistancies/id it is usergroup dependent or not.

Sometimes if Transports are not done in logical order these things happen.
