how to find a link between ER and Process Overview and QCRs

dear all

i am trying to find the tables that link the Engineering Record's Process Overview ERs, and also the QCRs.

see below ER 1666 has numerous Process Overview records. what/how are they linked and where?

also, i have the same question with the QCRs, see below, there are two QCRs against the ER 1666
