Questionnaire for Support

Hi Gurus,

We are conducting a Due Diligence for a new client. It is a support project.

Can somebody please help me with a general set of questions that we need to ask in FI/CO area from a system understanding point of view ?

Hi,

As you are already a member of this SDN forum...this forum has answers for all your questions.

As far as preparing a questionaire for support....select some of the questions asked in this forum with their answers and consolidate them to make a questionaire for support.
