Have you ever taken any training on these? Everything is easy to find on http://service.sap.com/sfsf and SAP PartnerEdge.

"workbooks and realtime config documents"...like Luke said...check the SAP PartnerEdge (that is part of the point of it!) and the SF link he provided. Getting documents from anywhere/anyone else is dicey at best and you are likely using "old", outdated material.
