Setup Early Watch Alert --> no information available

Hello!

I have patched my Solution Manager to the SAP Basis Component 12.

If i access the tcode DSWP --> Operations Setup --> Setup Early Watch Alert

I get the empty site.

I have activated the relevant service in SICF...

I appreciate any helpful information.
