MDM Import Manager error - Unable to connect to source

Hi All,

I am having issue with uploading excel file in Import manager (7.1.12.146) and getting below error.

I tried to re-install Import manger and also checked note 1736750 but still having same problem. Could you please help in this issue?

This error usually happens when using an unsupported version of Excel.

Excel 2013 is supported from SP14 onwards and Excel 2016 from SP16 onwards.
