how to capture the screen and send it to attachment for that mail

Click on print screen. Paste it in paint and send it .

i am asking about while creating the support message from help menu in sap..

while creating the support message we have to give component , priority and text also .. after that click the send icon in that support desk message .. while clicking the send button the entire screen ( what we have entered in that creen na ) i have to capture the screen ( it may be save in local file also ) after that it will attach into attachment and then send it to ...

i guess you wanted HARD copy of the screen shot? right

if yes

click alt+f12 and then click on hard copy.

hi,

in sap gui u can get the hard copy by pressing ALT+ F12 -> hard copy

else if u want general screen shot, press Printscreen key on the key board.

open a new bitmap file press CTRL+V --> press YES, to paste the screen shot.

and edit as per ur need.

no sir ,, still u r not understood my requirements .. when i clicking the send button it automatically capture the screen ( if poosible means save it to local file or ) and attach into file attachment without maual key pressing and all ..

i have used kind of screen capture software called<a href="http://www.acasystems.com/index.php">ACA Capture Pro</a>, i think it can handle it .
