Hi Venkat,

The best way to learn CRM is reading the Course Material along with Help.sap.com

You need to decide which module of CRM and start going through.

ask ur company for 's' login id to service marketplace. Go thru teh Ramp up KT materials. Its useful and will give u an overview of SAP CRM. After which, help.sap.com and this sdn forum will provide useful info.

the best way to learn sap is to ask ur company for access to IDES version for sometime where u can practice..
