ICAgent Role available in CRM 4.0 EP Business Package

Hi,

I want to launch ICWebClient from EP. I know this can be done if you login as ICAgent.

But I could not locate this role in any of the CRM 4.0 Business Packages. However this role is available in CRM 5.0 Business Package.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Any suggestions?
