Based on the admin documentation including https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-69684 I wonder if new funtionality exists or is about to be released with regards to Activity Lists. Activity Lists are great as an owner can be assigned and employees can work on those Activity Lists that have been assigned to them without e.g. entering the campaign functionality.
Currently Activity Lists can be created and the underlying activities are generated, whenever you select one by one (individual) customers. For efficiency reasons, in case a large number of accounts need to be selected for activities (e.g. phonecalls), it would be great and really makes sense if these Activity Lists could be created based on a target group. Is this possible and how to handle this? Alternatively is it possible to assign activities created (e.g. based on a campaign) to an Actvity Lists.
