Hi experts,
I configured ICMon for one managed system <SID>. The SolMan is 7.2 SP03, ST-PI is 740 SP05 and ST-A/PI is 01S_731 SP01. The Mandatory Configuration is finished correctly and there is no error in Managed System Configuration for <SID>. But when I open Alerting Framework in Solution Manager Administration, I can't find any extractors in <SID>. The background job BPM_DATA_COLLECTION_1 in <SID> is also not scheduled. Is it strange? Could you give me any advises how to troubleshoot?

Thanks, I have solved this issue now, it's because customer assigned a wrong product version, and PPMS can't match.
