How to add new column in standard report PC00_M99_CWTR

Hello Experts,

I got a requirement to add new column in HR report PC00_M99_CWTR. I searched in SCN didn't find any answer. I debugged the program to identify implicit enhancements in the fieldcatalog preperation and final table data filling. When I choose show implicit enhancement option system throwing message. "This program cannot be enhanced", is there any alternate way to do enhancement for this report.
