.NET Connector Installation Problem

I'm having a problem installing the Connector. I'm using Visual Studio Professional 2003. This installation starts just fine, then it just hangs. The only way to stop it is to kill the process. The last line in the install.log file is:

<b>Action start 11:01:47: DevenvSetup.</b>

Any help would be appreciated.
