Life and Work Events: Benefits Enrollment

Hi Gurus,

I am on Ep7.0 SP11, ERP2005. I am implementing Life and work events application which comes in ESS 1.0 Business Package.

I am testing the functionality of the application in portal. In the Birth/Adoption process, when process "Benefits Enrollment" is started, the system is throws an error "<b>The following ABAP Exception occurred: SERVICEKEY_INVALID"</b>.

Benefits Enrollment is a web dynpro callable object. Under Object definition, the following information is available

Web Dynpro Application: BenefitsApplication

Package: com.sap.xss.hr.ben

Development Component: com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.wd.FPMComponent

Under Test tab, this is the information:

Process Instance ID: AF5D54F054B711DCB5760014384C1FA6

Callable Object ID: 7A97A6509E1D11DA9923000E7FA67AEB

The benefits enrollment web dynpro application is working fine in another workset "Benefits and Payment". Homepage Framework is properly configured. The same application is being accessed through CAF GP. So, I can not understand why the system is throwing the error.

Has anybody faced this error before? please advise!
