BPC 10.0 NW Error launching office client HRESULT 0x80040155 (Skype for business)

Hello,

when I try to open input schedule from BPF I'm getting error "Error Launching office client : Interface not registered (Exception from HSRESULT:0x80040155)". Office version: 2010 32-bit, IE11, EPM SP13 Patch 04 .NET 3.5.

There is discussion with similar error ( Discussion ) but there is no corrupt MS Office. This error was appeared after upgrading Skype for business from 2013 to 2016 version. I tried to reinstall Office 2010 32-bit but the error did not disapperead. I suppose the problem is in Skype for business 2016 but is there any ideas to resolve the error without deleting Skype for business? I didn't found any notes relating to BPC.

    After repairing MS Office 2010 and rebooting computer another error:

    The problem is solved by deleting the following registry key

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TypeLib\{2DF8D04C-5BFA-101B-BDE5-00AA0044DE52}\2.8
