Regarding filtering out data based on some column specific condition among multiple sections

Here we want to display those particular section/rows in report where stock priority is different with his earlier row in same section for each company name (as mentioned in sub heading). Also if any section there is only one stock row we don't want to see or if both have same stock priority.
Here please consider the column heading as field name.
The output we want to see from such set as (here rows are greater than one and stock priority is different with previous row in same section):
761, AD Street Co
Stock number Stock Price Stock Priority Stock unit Stock Account Reserve
1143 102 3 266.00 $45,678.00
1176 102 5 266.00 $54,322.00
TOTALS: 532.00 $100,000.00
Tried with multiple global filter. Not succeed yet. Please suggest how to achieve it.
