Unable to delete an workflow item in the Inbox

Hi All,

There is an workflow item lying in the users inbox for two years. It doesn't have any item. The scenario go's like this classic.

User has created a shopping cart and it has been rejected. The items have been deleted by the user. But the shopping cart still remain in the users inbox.

I have tried transaction SWWL to delete it doesn't up. Please advise is there any other way to delete the same. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Use the foll Function modules and give the workitem id as input,then the shopping cart will be removed from the approval inbox and also necessary changes will be made in the workflow log .
