Unable to delete an workflow item in the Inbox

Hi All,

There is an workflow item lying in the users inbox for two years. It doesn't have any item. The scenario go's like this classic.

User has created a shopping cart and it has been rejected. The items have been deleted by the user. But the shopping cart still remain in the users inbox.

I have tried transaction SWWL to delete it doesn't up. Please advise is there any other way to delete the same. Thanks in advance.
