Use TDMS for Two Client In Same System

HI

Is it possible to use the TDMS to transfer the full Data of a client from a Non production system to other client (production System) on the same system?

I want Move My HR Data from Client 700(non production sys) To Client 800(production sys) in same system ( In Target Client(800) Not have any data for Hr )

Target Role is Production system (800) and Source system is my Hr client (700) With role Customize

So How I can Merge This Clients?

IS that Possible Copy Table By Table ? Or not ?

Even if the system is not production system, I don't think it is possible to do full client transfer from one client to another client in the same system.

Hi,

As far as I know TDMS is designed not to update if the Client role is defined as Production in SCC4. Considering the target is also in a Production system, this activity could turn risky. While TDMS is designed not to touch the client independent tables, it is better to reconsider the requirement of refreshing a Client in a Production system. Other options like traditional client copy using a different profile like UCUSV etc can be explored in coordination with Basis team.
