SAP PM - Tasklist package

I have a PM for 1M/3M/9M package. I am using hierarchy in the tasklist, so that the packages will not overlap. Now when i reach 12M, i do not want any PM's but 3M pm is occuring and work order is kicking. How can i avoid this? any tips?

So you want the maintenance plan to stop after the 9M package has been triggered?

Also, can you please share a screen view of the strategy/packages (IP11).
