QM certificates

Hi

My client wants to implement QM certificates

Please help me in how 2 do the same .

What i am expecting is if we have to do a QM process flow for inspection type 01 in SAP ,To start with we have to create the master data,then purchase order ,then do RR ,then UD

Like above can somebody please help me with the process flow,on QM certificate

Please help me on this

Hi Sankar,

You need to first create Certificate Profile from QC01....then create Certificate Profile Assignment QC17....

Then run the normal process of order till UD...then print the certificate through ZQC22....

Thanks for the reply .

Please let me know the transaction code for veiwing certificates

for inbound -goods receipt and out bound -delivery

Please let me when the certificate can be veiwed ,Is it after we do MIGO in case of inbound and after delivery in case of outbound

Please help me .

Hi Sankar N,

As ameya has mentioned we can create the Certificate profile for & then assign it .......... to view the COA use the T-code QC21 & QC22.....

the T-code ZQC22 is the cutomized transaction as per my understanding which will not in present in your client........... the certificate can be viewed after the result recording for the respective batch & inspection lot.

Hi kaushik and Ameya .

I have done the below mentioned settings till now .

1.In Qm view inspection type 10/11/12 all are active

2.Lot creation for movemnet type 601

3.SD info Record

4.Certificate profile creation and assignment

5.Created a Sale order and did delivery

7.create a certificate through qc20 for delivery

The problem that i am facing

1.No inspection lot was created after doing delivery

2.When i execute Qc20 i get a message <b>No messages for initial processing</b>

Please help me on what else has to be done so that

1.Lot is created

2.I am able to view the certificates for delivery

Hi Sankar N,

As per my undertanding the inspection lot is not created as<b> Post to inspection stock</b> is not active for the inspection types that you have mentioned..........

For Inspection type 10/11/12 That tick box will not be there .

These are non stock relevant inspection types .

Can u suggest me to resolve the issue
