My client wants to implement QM certificates

Please help me in how 2 do the same .

What i am expecting is if we have to do a QM process flow for inspection type 01 in SAP ,To start with we have to create the master data,then purchase order ,then do RR ,then UD

Like above can somebody please help me with the process flow,on QM certificate
