CRM Internal order

Hi All,

I am creating service contract in ERP and replicating to CRM.

1) Expecting to be, Once Service contract reached to CRM , create internal order. - This is not happening. Please help on this. I have done all the relevant settings as below with my document type and controlling level Item.

Is there any other setting to be configured.

    Is this internal order an 1order document in CRM?

    I do not know how it is related to controlling integration.

    To create a followup document can be realized by action.

    You may customize an action to be executed when saving, with method call - copy_document. You will also need to customize copy control too.
