u need to insert textmodule.....................
in smartform initial screen u will fin textmodule radio button ......click on thet radio button ..........create a text module ....in editor give some text .....go to management tab ...in that management tab u will find sub language attributes tab ...restrict the language to selected languages as u r wish ......
