SAP Agentry SYCLO SSL issue

Dear Team,

Can someone please help me with following issue.

We have end users connecting to SYCLO/Agentry server from their client machine using SAP Mobiler client. after logging in, the application starts to fetch data from tables in SAP via SYCLO/Agentry server.

however when we check in backend sap system; the fetch gets copmpleted within 1400-1800 seconds (multiple tables like MSEG,MARC,MARA) however at end users screen there is no change.

when checked on SYCLO/agentry server; we found that the following error is recorded in logs.

"SSL error: error:2007107C:BIO routines:BIO_write:broken pipe".

Could you please suggest what could be issue ?
