Hi Experts,

We are storing customers Sanctioned load (KW) in the installation fact, and every month we read KWH and KVAH registers from the meter.

Based on the Sanctioned load we decide we have to bill the customer on KWH consumption or KVAH consumption, if Sanctioned load is more than 10 KW we bill on KVAH else on KWH.

earlier as per rule we were checking latest value Sanctioned load (KW) operand but now as per new directions we have to bill based on all the operand values. Meaning

if billing period is 06/18/2017 to 07/17/2017 and below are the sanction load operand values -

Sanction load operand value -

01/01/2017 - 06/28/2017 - 8

06/29/2017 - 12/31/9999 - 12

so now for the 1st period ( 06/18/2017 to 06/28/2017 ) we should bill on prorated KWH consumption

and for 2nd time slice (06/29/2017 to 07/17/2017) we should bill on prorated KVAH consumption .

but with IF00 (DEMAND) it is not happening, it is always validating latest time slice.

I have check the operand access and for all it is set to "All operand values"

Please help.

Hi manoj..

If u checked IF00 variant its variant control says either use Current value / Higher value..i guess for proration IF00 will not be useful.

U need to go for Zvariant.
